All orders are shipped from Poland. Depending on where you live, your order may arrive with local post or courier.
Since we ship from Poland, please allow 7–14 days for your order to arrive. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll issue you a refund.
At the moment we ship to European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland. Feel free to contact us if you live outside of the countries above, and we’ll see what we can do.
Payments
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Yes! If for some reason your card won’t get through, feel free to contact us.
Tax is already included in the price, so enjoy no extra fees!
Shipping & Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, send us a quick email containing your order number, and we’ll do our best to help you.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
You can change or cancel your order as long as its status hasn’t changed to shipped out (we’ll notify you when it happens). Just reply to the order confirmation email and let us know you want to cancel your order. Unfortunately there is no way to change the items on the order, so you’ll have to cancel and place another one, but if you want to change your billing or shipping address, we can totally do that for you.
